Job Type: Full-time (7-days a week, as per project demands)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable and dedicated Project Manager to spearhead our mechanized and manual road sweeping project in the Hisar district. You will be responsible for overseeing a massive 5-year operational project, managing a large workforce of 320 personnel (including field supervisors), and coordinating a fleet of 10 vehicles. The ideal candidate will be a robust leader with excellent liaison skills, capable of ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Management: Oversee the daily reporting and tracking of manpower (320 personnel) and fleet operations (10 vehicles).
· Quality Assurance: Conduct regular field audits and on-site location inspections to ensure service quality and compliance with project standards.
· Client & Stakeholder Management: Lead weekly and quarterly progress meetings with the stakeholders of Municipal Corporation (MC) Hisar. Handle overall stakeholder management effectively.
· Financial & Administrative Operations:
Ensure the accurate and timely submission of invoices and all supporting documents.
· Payment Realization: Actively follow up with the client to ensure the timely disbursement of payments.
· Escalation Management: Confidently handle operational escalations, resolve on-ground issues, and facilitate site inspections conducted by Commissioners and other governing bodies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
· Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or facility management is highly desirable.
· Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong liaison and relationship-building capabilities to deal with government/municipal stakeholders.
o Solid proficiency in productivity tools (MS Office/Google Workspace), email communications, and presentation skills.
Work Schedule:
Due to the continuous and demanding nature of municipal sanitation operations, this role requires a 7-day-a-week commitment to align with project demands and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
