We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to engage customers, drive sales, and help us grow our business. You will be the face of our brand, building relationships with customers and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups with existing customers
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes clearly
- Prepare quotations and invoices, and process orders accurately
- Maintain customer records and update sales data in the system or CRM
- Coordinate with the accounts, warehouse, and delivery teams for smooth order fulfilment
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, and ensure repeat business




- Keep displays, stock, and product knowledge up to date
- Share regular sales reports and market feedback with the manager

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi/Telugu (or local language)
- Target-driven, with a positive and customer-first attitude

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience in [industry/retail.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle pressure

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
