Job Description – Draftsman

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, architectural layouts, working drawings, and construction details based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings.
- Create floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Develop drawings based on architect/designer instructions.
- Modify and revise drawings according to project requirements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and site teams.
- Prepare drawings for execution and construction purposes.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned drawings and projects.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Draftsman.




- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, measurements, and construction details.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
