Create and modify 2D and 3D models, mechanical components and assemblies using Autocad and SolidWorks.

- Develop mechanical designs for stainless-steel storage tanks, fermentation tanks, process vessels, mixing

vessels, skids and customized process equipment.

- Develop equipment layouts and assemblies based on project specifications and engineering inputs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), part lists, material specifications and engineering

documentation.

- Prepare mechanical enquiry sheets / datasheets for process equipment based on project requirements and

process inputs.

- Prepare enquiry sheets for equipment and components such as pumps, Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE), filters,

pressure safety valves and vacuum safety valves.

- Define and compile relevant technical parameters in enquiry sheets, coordinate technical inputs with

process/project teams and issue documents to vendors for quotation.

- Review vendor technical offers and drawings against enquiry requirements and provide technical

comments/clarifications.





- Support technical comparison and evaluation of vendor quotations and assist in technical bid analysis where

required.

- Coordinate with vendors for technical clarifications, equipment specifications, deviations, drawings and

document submissions.

- Coordinate closely with fabrication and production teams to ensure design manufacturability and resolve

drawing/design-related issues.

- Support equipment development, inspection, testing, installation and commissioning with engineering

clarifications.

- Review existing designs and implement engineering changes, improvements, standardization.
- Maintain drawing revisions and ensure engineering documents are released accurately and within project

timelines.

- Coordinate with Process Engineering, Project, Production, Fabrication, Quality, Procurement and Installation
