Key Responsibilities

- Track daily and weekly Plan vs Achievement gaps and highlight critical gaps and weak links.
- Read and analyse business numbers and proactively brief me on what is happening, where the gap is and why.
- Follow up on business leads and opportunities until closure.
- Track commitments and action points of Region Heads and Sales Managers.
- Monitor market execution of key initiatives, launches, displays, distribution drives and special projects.
- Maintain the incentive and payout tracker.
- Coordinate and drive execution of special projects initiated by the Zone/Leadership.
- Prepare data, insights and presentations for weekly/monthly business reviews and leadership meetings.
- Proactively coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, HR, Category and other functions to resolve business issues.
- Leverage AI tools/agents and automation to improve productivity and reduce repetitive work.




- Ensure important actions are followed through to closure without requiring repeated intervention from me.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in:

- Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant role
- Sales coordination
- MIS / Business Operations
- FMCG sales support
- Management office
- Business coordination

Experience in FMCG/consumer business will be an advantage. Freshers can also be considered.

Required Skills

- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
- PowerPoint presentation skills
- Exposure to AI tools CLAUDE, CANVA, etc
- Strong email drafting ability
- Good communication skills
- Strong follow-up ability
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of sales MIS and business metrics
- High attention to detail

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
