Job Purpose

Perform financial analysis and modeling aligned with client objectives. Maintain ECM trends deck and support equity capital market activities.

Convert ECM team ideas into detailed client presentations; Perform financial analysis, modeling, and projections based on client objectives; Analyze equity capital market trends and maintain weekly ECM deck; Conduct valuation analyses, including comparables, precedent transactions, and DCF; Participate in due diligence from business and financial perspectives; Utilize database tools like Bloomberg and Reuters.
