About the Role:

We're looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who's already worked a US healthcare desk and knows how to move candidates through a real recruiting process — sourcing, screening, and submitting against real deadlines. You'll take on assigned requirements as part of the wider recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare Staffing, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting candidates for assigned requirements.
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals across RN, Allied Health, Nursing, and other clinical specialties based on business requirements.
- Review and understand job requirements, identify suitable candidates, and ensure timely candidate submissions.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and initial screening through submission, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening to assess clinical experience, location, availability, work authorization, compensation expectations, and overall suitability.




- Manage RTR (Right to Represent), candidate documentation, submissions, interview scheduling, and follow-ups in accordance with client requirements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates to improve engagement, retention, and future placement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requirement records in the relevant ATS/CRM or recruitment systems.
- Coordinate closely with the recruiting and account management teams to ensure requirements are handled efficiently and submission targets are achieved.
- Lead, mentor, and train junior recruiters, providing guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate screening, US healthcare recruitment processes, and submission practices.
- Monitor team performance and support recruiters in achieving daily/weekly sourcing, calling, submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Assist in improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and team productivity to meet organizational hiring goals.
- Stay updated on US Healthcare Staffing trends, candidate availability, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in US Healthcare Staffing & Recruitment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end US healthcare recruitment, preferably across RN, Allied Health,



Nursing, and other clinical positions.
- Prior experience in leading, mentoring, and training a team of recruiters.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, specialties, staffing models, and recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submission.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively in atarget-driven recruitment environment.
- Comfortable working US Night Shift from the office at Relig.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Travel Nursing, Local Staffing, Per Diem, Allied Health, or other US Healthcare Staffing models.
- Working knowledge of pay rates, bill rates, pay packages, and compensation structures.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment and multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare recruitment tools, job boards, ATS/CRM platforms, and sourcing channels.
- Previous experience in a Senior Recruiter, Lead Recruiter, Team Lead, or similar leadership role will be preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on team performance, candidate experience, and successful placements.
