NoQu Tech Solutions Private Limited is looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Executive – Product Support. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and are interested in building a career in product support.

~ Work Location: Chennai – Onsite

~ Experience: Freshers / 0–6 Months

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product-related queries through calls, emails, and other support channels.

- Guide customers on product features and usage.

- Support product demonstrations and assist customers during the onboarding process.

- Understand customer concerns and coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely resolution.

- Track support requests and ensure appropriate follow-up with customers.





- Maintain accurate customer information and support-related records.

- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.

~ Eligibility

- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.

- Fluency in Telugu and Kannada is mandatory.

- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-friendly attitude with good problem-solving abilities.

- Comfortable communicating with customers over calls.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with common applications.

- Willingness to learn and understand new products and technologies.
