- Education : Diploma Mechanical / BE Mechanical
- Experience : 5 year of experience in Brass Industry / Components Manufacturing Experience in Managing Vendors in Jamnagar would be an Added advantage.
- Responsibility : Interacting with Prospects and Customers through mail and phone for business, coordination with Vendors and with other departments .Quotation Making and Follow up. Responding to Customer Queries.
- Other Requirement The candidate should be good in English Communication. Components costing and Quotation making Experience would be added advantage.

Full Job Description

1. Co-ordination of RFQ and feasibility report.

2. Responsible for APQP as applicable.

3. Responsible for preparing execution plan of developing timing chart.

4. Responsible for OTD of NPD components as per development timing chart.

5. Responsible for component process plan.

6. Responsible for Tooling design and manufacturing of Jigs and Fixtures at optimum price.

7. Responsible for proving NPD components up to pilot lot and set standards for production for the same.

8. Responsible for Engineering change notification amendments.

9. Responsible for process standardization.

10. Responsible for implementation of lean activities SMED, FMEA etc.,,

New product introduction together with manufacturing team and also with O.S.P.

12. Evaluate the feasibility of concepts and or samples through engineering testing and analysis.

13. Provide input in to the creation/modification of Product specification in alignment with customer

requirements.

14. Cost estimation for products and cost analysis for standard cost.

15. Contract review at customer end.

16. Responsible of all process design through stage drawings.

17. Co-ordinating manufacturing team like Planning, Production, OSP and Procurement for NPD.

18. Framing SOP of PED department.

19. Responsible for PPAP, APQP and FMEA activities.

20. Responsible for Engineering change notification.

21. Responsible for BOM for New product development.

22. Responsible for any other assignments allotted then and there by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
