We currently operate across Chennai and Kanchipuram, transforming spaces into inspiring environments.
Job Locations: Chennai & Kanchipuram
Key Responsibilities
Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Regional Ownership – Manage assigned region, areas & sales targets.
- Lead Ownership – Personally handle assigned leads, follow-ups & closures.
- Lead Allocation – Distribute leads to executives & monitor progress.
- Target Setting – Set daily, weekly & monthly sales/activity targets.
- Pipeline Management – Track enquiries, consultations, quotations, negotiations & bookings.
- Client Requirement – Understand budget, location,
requirements & project timeline.
- Client Meetings – Drive showroom, site visits & design consultations.
- Quotation & Negotiation – Coordinate proposals, pricing & negotiations.
- Closure Support – Support executives in objections, negotiations & project closures.
- Team Coaching – Improve team performance, communication & product knowledge.
- CRM Management – Maintain lead status, notes, ownership & follow-up dates.
- Booking & Handover – Ensure booking payment, scope confirmation & handover to Design/Execution.
- Sales Reporting – Submit weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, bookings & lost leads.
