Job Discription:

To ensure smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, and timely repair of all restaurant electrical systems and food service equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring safe operations.

Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of restaurant equipment and electrical systems.

Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, refrigeration units, beverage machines, air conditioners, and water systems.

Perform routine inspections to identify and rectify potential equipment failures.

Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with safety standards.

Maintain equipment maintenance logs and service records.

Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and equipment servicing.

Support restaurant teams in equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
