- Understand client business processes and identify their ERP requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare BRDs, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements using ERP.
- Configure and implement ERP modules according to client requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to explain functional requirements and coordinate customizations.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, workflows, SOPs, and user guides.
- Conduct ERP demonstrations and explain system functionality to clients.
- Coordinate with clients during ERP implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live.
- Perform functional testing of ERP modules and identify gaps/issues.
- Track reported issues and coordinate with developers until resolution.




- Provide training to clients/end users on ERP modules and workflows.
- Support clients after implementation and resolve functional queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered within timelines.
- Understand data migration requirements and assist in validation of migrated data.
- Monitor implementation progress and regularly communicate project status.
- Ensure that the implemented solution matches the agreed business requirements.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹430,000.00 per year
