Property Executive - Shivane

- Role Overview:
- The Property Executive will be the on-the-ground point of contact for all Property-related daily operations at the Shivane campus. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring a proactive individual to manage housekeeping, security, daily maintenance, and event logistics specific to the school environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Daily Operations & Upkeep: Conduct daily campus walkthroughs to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic upkeep across classrooms, washrooms, playgrounds, and common areas.
- 2. On-Site Team Supervision: Supervise and allocate daily tasks to on-site housekeeping, security, and minor maintenance staff.
- 3. Basic Maintenance & Repairs: Act as the first responder for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues on campus. Coordinate with local technicians for immediate fixes.




- 4. Safety & Security: Ensure all safety protocols, fire safety equipment, and surveillance systems are fully operational to guarantee a secure environment for young students.
- 5. Event Logistics: Manage seating arrangements, PA systems, and general logistics for daily assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of Property activities, inventory consumption (cleaning supplies, etc.), and report escalated maintenance issues to the Property Manager.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Any Graduate or Diploma holder (Engineering/Facilities background is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Property operations, preferably within a school, educational campus, or hospitality setting.
- Skills: Solid execution skills, ability to manage blue-collar staff, basic understanding of electrical/plumbing systems, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
