Job Summary

Neelam Global is looking for a Real Estate Telecaller & Sales Executive who can efficiently handle all incoming leads, connect with prospective customers, understand their property requirements, generate interest, fix property site visits, and actively follow up to convert leads into successful sales.

The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, have excellent communication and convincing skills, and be comfortable working with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and respond to all received leads promptly.
- Understand the customer's budget, location preference, property requirement, and purchase intent.
- Explain relevant residential, commercial, and industrial property projects to potential buyers.
- Build rapport with prospects and generate genuine interest in the property.
- Fix and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads before and after site visits.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handling of prospects and site visits.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate project information.
- Work towards achieving daily calling, site visit, and monthly sales targets.
- Take ownership of leads from the initial call through follow-up and sales conversion.
- Maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, or sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
