About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AVP / VP – Investment Banking professional to lead and manage investment banking transactions across Private Equity, Debt Syndication, Fund Raising, M&A; and Corporate Finance.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development, client acquisition, transaction execution, financial modelling, investor relationships and team management. The candidate will be responsible for originating recent business opportunities, managing key client relationships and driving transactions from initial origination through successful closure.

* Business development and lead generation for new clients and transactions.





* Origination and execution of **Private Equity, Fund Raising and Debt Syndication** mandates.

* Develop and maintain relationships with **promoters, CXOs, investors, PE/VC funds, banks and NBFCs**.

* End-to-end transaction management from **mandate acquisition to deal closure**.

* Financial modelling, valuation, business analysis and preparation of transaction documents.

* Identify suitable investors/lenders and manage negotiations and deal structuring.

* Manage client relationships and ensure repeat business.

* Lead and mentor the investment banking team.

* Achieve **business development, revenue and transaction closure targets**.

* Monitor market trends and identify new investment/funding opportunities.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
