Role: Sr. Preschool Teacher

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
- Ensure effective learning and academic progress of students.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning activities.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.

Center Management

- Oversee the daily operations and smooth functioning of the center.
- Manage attendance, student records, schedules, and academic documentation.
- Ensure discipline, safety, hygiene, and overall standards of the center.
- Coordinate with teachers and support staff and allocate responsibilities.
- Monitor classroom quality and ensure adherence to academic processes.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve them effectively.

Parent & Student Coordination

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Conduct parent meetings and address queries professionally.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle student concerns and ensure a positive learning experience.

Team & Leadership

- Guide and support teaching staff.




- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.
- Ensure teachers follow lesson plans, schedules, and center processes.
- Take ownership of center targets, academic quality, and overall performance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Prior teaching experience; experience in a coordinator/center head role is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling both teaching and administrative responsibilities.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

A teacher with leadership potential who enjoys teaching but is also capable of taking ownership of the complete center, managing people, coordinating with parents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
