Role Summary

The role involves generating new business, visiting customers and market locations, demonstrating products, building customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify recent customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, local market activities and customer enquiries.
- Demonstrate products, explain features, benefits, pricing and offers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and develop new customer accounts, dealers and business opportunities where applicable.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers and market activities.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics and finance teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead, sales and customer follow-up reports.




- Ensure proper documentation and timely collection/payment follow-up where applicable.
- Support promotions, product launches, events and local marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Showroom Sales / Retail Sales.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Mobile, Technology or Retail preferred.
- Strong customer-facing and sales skills.
- Good product presentation and demonstration skills.
- Robust communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM preferred.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
