Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive Intern to join our team. The intern will support lead generation, customer communication, follow-ups, and business development activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to gain practical experience in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through phone calls and online communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Assist with lead generation and business development activities.
- Maintain basic records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Support the team in achieving business development targets.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and assigned activities.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and prospects.

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.




- Good communication proficiency in Tamil and English for customer interactions.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote workplace.
- Willingness to learn sales and business development.
- Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.

- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
