Job Profile

- Develop, implement, maintain and monitor a robust Quality Management System in line with international standards. IMS/QMS- ISO 9001, IATF 16949, CE, UL, IEC 61439-1, 61439-2 experience is an added advantage at Factory Level
- Ensure SOP & Format adherence in plants
- Organize internal & external audits and closing NC
- Lead and train the factory QA Teams to develop Quality Assurance approach
- Executes the specific inspections on switchgear, Automation & Consumables materials during Inward and outward at stores, Equipment’s, Electrical Panel, Control Panel etc.
- Providing training on the QMS and communicating quality-related information to relevant stakeholders.
- Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to factory head non-conformances reports
- Checks cable laying and cable identification
- Performs all relevant loop checks
- Review redlines marking drawings & Updates as built drawings
- Performs punch-listing operations at factory shop floor
- Checks PCC Panel, MCC Panel, PLC Panel, Control Automation Panel, VFD Panel, switchboard & DB
- Performs visual inspections, dimensional test, checks rating and material for connection
- Performs tests of continuity, insulation resistance
- Maintain records of calibration certificate of Testing Instruments & Equipments.
- Verify special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications at Factory shop floor
- Witness the tests, controls and inspections carried out at shop floor.




- Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, and check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections
- Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan
- Candidate from Electrical Automation Industry is preferred

Required Skills:

· Awareness of IMS/QMS- ISO 9001, IATF 16949, CE, UL, IEC Standards

· To carry all required internal audits and close NCS

· QMS Knowledge: Robust understanding of quality management principles, frameworks, and relevant standards.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with statistical quality control, FMEA, root cause analysis, and relevant software tools.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.

· Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various teams.

· Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and present findings.

· Fire Risk Assessment: Identifying potential fire hazards, evaluating risks, and implementing preventative measures.

· Safety Audits and Inspections: Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

· Job Location: Pune

· Qualification: Degree or Diploma in the Electrical

· Experience: 7-8 yrs

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
