1. Job Purpose

To support the production and design teams in daily activities, learn manufacturing processes, and gain practical experience in the apparel/garment industry.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sampling work, such as preparing trims, fabrics, and sample documentation.
- Support the production team in tracking daily work, follow-ups, and updating records.
- Work with the merchandising team to prepare order sheets, update T&A;, and coordinate with vendors.
- Help in quality checking of fabric, trims, and finished garments under guidance.
- Maintain proper files for designs, tech packs, measurement sheets, and approvals.
- Attend team meetings and help prepare reports or follow-up notes.
- Coordinate between departments like design, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
- Visit the production floor to understand each step of the garment-making process.




- Assist the team in any operational work as required.

3. Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of fashion, garments, or textiles.
- Positive communication and willingness to learn.
- Organized and responsible.
- Positive attitude & teamwork spirit.

4. Eligibility

- Students pursuing Fashion Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Garment Technology, Merchandising, or related courses.
- Freshers can also apply.

5. Learning Outcomes

The intern will learn about:

- Complete garment manufacturing process.
- Sampling and production workflow.
- Quality standards and checking procedures.
- Merchandising coordination and documentation.
- Practical working style of a garment export house/brand.

6. Duration & Stipend

- Duration: 3–6 months (can be customized)..
