Field Customer Support Engineer-Madurai

· To install, service, and maintain hospital furniture and patient mobility devices.

· Install & commission hospital beds, ICU beds, stretchers, wheelchairs, and mobility systems

· Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems

· Repair motors, actuators, hand controls, frames, wheels and braking systems

· Perform preventive maintenance at hospitals & care centers

· Train hospital staff on safe use and basic troubleshooting

· Respond to service calls and ensure fast resolution

· Maintain service records and spare-part usage repor

Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in:
- Biomedical Engineering
- Electrical / Electronics
- Mechanical Engineering
- 1–2 years of experience in:
- Medical devices, hospital furniture, or industrial service field

Freshers with robust technical skills may also be considered

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
