Job Position:- TAXATION EXECUTIVE

Location:- Kochi,Kerala
Experience:- 2–5 Years
Salary:- ₹30,000 - ₹35,000/month
Qualification:- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:-

TDS – End-to-End Compliance

- Independently handle the complete TDS compliance process.
- Prepare TDS workings and verify deductions.
- Prepare and pay TDS challans.
- File quarterly TDS returns accurately within statutory deadlines.
- Handle TDS corrections and return-related issues.
- Reconcile TDS records, challans, and returns.
- Handle TRACES-related activities, defaults, and notices.
- Download and verify TDS certificates and related reports.

GST Compliance & Refunds

- Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns.
- Perform GST reconciliation and identify mismatches.
- Handle GST refund applications end-to-end, including workings, supporting documents, and filing.




- Track GST refund applications and coordinate for queries, clarifications, and follow-ups.
- Assist in handling GST notices and departmental communications.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable GST provisions and deadlines.

Requirements:-

- Strong practical experience in end-to-end TDS compliance.
- Hands-on experience in GST refund processes.
- Positive working knowledge of TRACES, Income Tax Portal, and GST Portal.
- Ability to independently manage statutory compliance.
- Strong reconciliation and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of applicable TDS and GST provisions.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in TDS, GST, and taxation compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet statutory deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
