Key Responsibilities

- Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality technical content.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, product documentation, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and knowledge-base articles.
- Convert complex technical information into simple, easy-to-understand content.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, product managers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to gather technical information.
- Conduct research on technical topics, products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Ensure content is accurate, consistent, well-structured, and aligned with brand guidelines.




- Maintain and update existing technical documentation as products and technologies evolve.
- Follow SEO best practices while creating web-based technical content.
- Ensure proper grammar, readability, terminology, and formatting across all content.
- Manage multiple content projects and deliver them within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.
- Experience in technical writing, documentation, or technology-focused content creation.
