Pharmacy & Nursing Audit – Part-Time

Perumalla Hospital, Nalgonda

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Pharmacy & Nursing Auditor for a Part-Time position to monitor and audit nursing and pharmacy inventory, records, and stock management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Nursing Stock Audit

- Regularly audit nursing department stock and consumables.
- Verify physical stock against stock registers and records.
- Check proper usage, issue, and replenishment of nursing supplies.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damages, or discrepancies.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of consumables.
- Report stock discrepancies and irregularities to management.

Pharmacy Stock Audit

- Conduct regular physical verification of pharmacy stock.
- Reconcile physical stock with pharmacy records/system data.
- Check stock receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
- Monitor expiry dates and near-expiry medicines.




- Identify stock shortages, excess stock, damages, and discrepancies.
- Verify proper storage and stock arrangement.
- Prepare audit reports and highlight discrepancies to management.

Additional Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate audit records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Nursing and Pharmacy departments during audits.
- Ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed.
- Submit periodic audit reports to the management.
- Maintain confidentiality and qualified integrity.
