Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven, street-smart B2B Sales Executive to lead our on-field sales efforts across Mumbai. You will be the face of our company—visiting project sites, understanding technical requirements, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. This is an active field sales role that combines consultative selling with direct site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect current B2B clients (Corporate offices, Gyms, Sports clubs, Contractors, and Architects) via cold calling, field visits, and local networking.
- Client Meetings & Site Visits: Travel to client locations to showcase product samples, conduct initial site surveys/measurements, and map out specific flooring requirements.




- Consultative Selling: Explain technical product features in simple terms to help clients choose the right commercial surface solution.
- Client Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and commercial referrals.
- Technical Coordination: Work closely with our installation team to ensure what was sold is delivered and executed flawlessly on-site.

What We Offer:

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 (Based on interview performance).
- High incentive potential: Up to ₹20,000 per month.
- Separate allowances for travel, fuel, and mobile recharge covered by the company.

Requirements:

- Freshers are highly welcome to apply (a background in building materials/hardware/paint lines will have an added advantage).
- Must possess basic language comprehension, and be comfortable speaking Hindi or Marathi with local site contractors.
- optional to have a valid 2-wheeler driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
