Job Role

- Lead New Product Development (NPD) and Production activities for the GSE business at Tankup Engineers Ltd.
- Drive product concept creation, engineering solutions, material/component selection, and prototype development.
- Collaborate with SCM, production, and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution and timely deliveries.
- Plan and execute production schedules, ensure material availability, and maintain quality standards.
- Participate in customer discussions to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop vendor capabilities for job work and manage sourcing of bought-out parts.

Key Responsibilities

- Production of GSE & ensuring timely deliveries.
- Recent Product Development – from concept to prototype.
- Vendor capability creation and management.




- Coordination with SCM for sourcing and bought-out parts.
