Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash, card, digital) Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for guests Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas Ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are followed Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently Handle customer queries, feedback,



and complaints professionally Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements: Previous experience as a barista or in customer service (preferred but not mandatory) Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Skills: Customer service excellence Attention to detail Multitasking and time management Teamwork and collaboration Basic math and cash handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
