Telecaller – BPO / Customer Calling

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller with good English communication skills and prior BPO / calling experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, communicating with prospects/customers, understanding their requirements, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Communicate professionally in English and understand customer requirements.
- Explain company services/products clearly and handle basic customer queries.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
- Maintain accurate call details, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and further follow-up.
- Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a positive conversation.
- Update CRM/calling records on a regular basis.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in Telecalling / BPO / Customer Calling.
- Good spoken and written English communication.




- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.

Preferred Profile

- Candidates with prior BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation experience are preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable communicating with business customers (B2B) will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
