Conduct customer site inspections and assess service requirements.

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate facility management solutions.

Coordinate with Operations and other internal teams for timely service delivery.

Prepare site inspection reports and assist in quotation preparation.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Support business development initiatives and contribute to organizational growth.

Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates and recent pass-outs (Bachelor's or Master's degree holders) are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, or similar roles will be given preference.




- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own a two-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel within Trivandrum for customer meetings and site inspections.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace).
