About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Export Sales Executive to join our international sales team. The role involves connecting with overseas buyers, generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into successful export orders.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with international buyers, importers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Generate and qualify potential leads through online research and business platforms.
- Communicate with overseas clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, and commercial offers.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and support the sales process from initial inquiry to order confirmation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Work toward monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements





- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, export sales, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with international clients.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
