Urgently looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer for the position of a Factory Manager for our Solenoid Valves manufacturing unit in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

If you can manage a factory floor and handle industrial clients and are good at day to day problem solving and team coordination, this role is for you!

What you'll do:

- Lead daily valve production, assembly, and testing.
- Maintain strict quality checks (pressure/leak tests).
- Act as the main contact for B2B clients for order updates and technical queries.

What we need:

- 3–5+ years experience in valve manufacturing or precision engineering.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Experience in production planning and inventory control.
