Technical Support Executive – Fresher

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to customers and resolve software-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic software/technical issues.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain proper records of customer issues and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Prepare basic reports and technical documentation.

Requirements:

- Graduate in BCA / B.Sc. IT / BA or related field.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software troubleshooting.
- Good customer-handling and active listening skills.
