Position: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records and support the smooth functioning of the finance and accounts department.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers and other accounting documents.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and management for accounting-related requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.




- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/accounts.
- B.Com, M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in handling complete day-to-day accounting operations will be an advantage.
