About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead market development and business growth activities in Pune and surrounding industrial markets. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing/business development of blasting machines, shot blasting equipment, paint booths, or similar surface treatment machinery.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, identifying industrial requirements, and driving sales of blasting and paint booth machines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and establish the company’s market presence in Pune and nearby industrial areas.
- Identify and target potential customers across manufacturing, automotive, engineering, fabrication, foundry, and other relevant industries.
- Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, customer visits, references, networking, and industrial contacts.
- Promote and sell blasting machines, shot blasting equipment, paint booths, and related industrial machinery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable machinery and solutions.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Track leads, enquiries, sales pipelines, and conversion status.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.




- Develop strategies for increasing the company’s customer base and revenue in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, service, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular reporting on market activities, customer meetings, enquiries, and business opportunities.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in industrial machinery marketing/business development.
- Mandatory experience in blasting machines / shot blasting machines / paint booths / surface treatment equipment or closely related machinery.
- Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales and market development.
- Existing network and contacts within Pune’s industrial/manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of industrial customer requirements and machinery applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently develop a recent market and generate business.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and market development.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
