About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior GCP Cloud Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in cloud architecture, landing zone design, networking, security, governance, and cloud transformation programs. You will serve as a technical leader responsible for defining cloud standards, enabling scalable and secure cloud adoption, and guiding engineering teams through complex modernization initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized cloud architectures aligned with enterprise business objectives.
- Develop cloud transformation roadmaps and migration strategies for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance for cloud solution designs.
- Establish cloud governance frameworks, standards, policies, and best practices.
- Create reusable cloud reference architectures and implementation blueprints.




- Conduct cloud readiness assessments and gap analysis for modernization initiatives.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade GCP landing zones with multi-project and multi-environment structures.
- Define Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, RBAC models, and access governance controls.
- Implement centralized logging, monitoring, auditing, and observability solutions.
- Design and enforce security baselines and compliance frameworks including CIS, SOC2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS requirements.
- Establish cloud cost management, chargeback models, budgeting controls, and optimization strategies.
- Implement automated policy controls, guardrails, and security automation using Infrastructure as Code.
- Design disaster recovery, backup, resilience, and business continuity architectures.
- Design enterprise network architectures including hub-and-spoke, mesh, and hybrid connectivity models.
- Implement hybrid cloud connectivity using Interconnect, VPN, Cloud Router, and networking services.
- Design DNS, CDN, load balancing, and traffic optimization solutions.
- Implement Zero Trust security principles and cloud-native security architectures.
- Collaborate with Security, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams to drive successful cloud adoption.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution workshops, technical presentations, and architecture consulting engagements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Architecture, or Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong experience designing enterprise cloud architectures and landing zones.
- Proven expertise in GCP services including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, Load Balancing, IAM, Cloud SQL, and Kubernetes Engine.
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security architecture, and governance frameworks.




- Experience designing hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge of cloud security controls, encryption standards, identity management, and compliance requirements.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and resiliency planning.
- Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms and enterprise cloud migration strategies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and cloud automation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional delivery environments.
