Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecounsellor – Voice Sales to join our team in Mayapuri, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound customer calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and provide relevant product information.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth order or application processing.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
