We are looking for a hands-on AI Developer / GenAI Engineer to build AI capabilities for our multi-tenant ERP platform Shivaizer ERP.

Our current technology stack is Java Spring Boot, MySQL and Angular. The ERP is currently monolithic, with a future roadmap toward microservices.

The objective is to build an AI Agent / ERP Copilot that can understand ERP data and business context and provide intelligent analytics, insights, predictions, recommendations and conversational assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop an AI Agent / Copilot integrated with our ERP.
- Enable natural-language queries over ERP data, e.g.:
- "Show sales trends for the last 12 months."
- "Find vendors for Item X in Delhi NCR."
- "Which items are likely to go out of stock?"
- "Suggest a BOM for Product X."
- Build AI-driven sales, purchase, inventory and vendor analytics.
- Develop forecasting, trend analysis, anomaly detection and predictive insights.
- Implement AI-generated reports, dashboards, alerts and reminders.
- Work with LLMs, RAG, function/tool calling and AI agents.
- Integrate the AI layer with our Java Spring Boot APIs, MySQL database and Angular application.
- Ensure multi-tenant data isolation, RBAC, security and auditability.
- Use appropriate combinations of LLMs, SQL, Python, ML/statistical models and business rules rather than relying only on LLMs.
- Work closely with our existing ERP development and functional teams to convert business requirements into production-ready AI features.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of practical experience in AI/ML/Generative AI.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI applications.




- Experience with AI Agents / RAG / Function Calling / Tool Calling.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic or similar APIs.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
- Valuable understanding of APIs and enterprise application integration.
- Understanding of relational databases and MySQL.

Good to Have

- Experience with ERP / CRM / SCM / enterprise applications.
- Experience with forecasting / predictive analytics.
- Vector databases and embeddings.
- Java / Spring Boot knowledge.
- Microservices and cloud deployment experience.
- Experience with dashboards / BI systems.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for a basic chatbot or prompt engineer.

We need someone who can take a business requirement, understand the underlying data, design the AI approach, develop the solution, integrate it with our ERP and help take it toward production.

Experience building real-world AI Agents, AI Copilots or enterprise GenAI applications will be highly valued.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
