About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads. The ideal candidate should be analytical, performance-driven, and comfortable working with campaign data.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze search intent.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Optimize budgets, bids, targeting, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor conversion tracking and campaign data.
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and actionable insights.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Paid Advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Strong understanding of PPC, keyword research, and search intent.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
