JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new customers and business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Visit businesses, retailers, exporters, and potential customers for sales generation.
- Promote the company’s domestic and international courier & logistics services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, references, and local market networking.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service and shipment handling.
- Maintain daily sales and customer visit reports.
- Monitor local market activities and identify recent business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, courier, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Ludhiana market.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
