We are looking for an experienced Senior Veeva CRM Developer with solid hands-on experience in Veeva CRM and Salesforce development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting Veeva CRM solutions for Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Veeva CRM applications.
- Customize Veeva CRM dashboards, workflows, profiles, and business processes.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Integrate Veeva CRM with Veeva Vault, Salesforce, ERP, and external systems.
- Work on Veeva CRM modules such as iRep, CLM, Approved Email, Call Planning, MyInsights, and Events Management.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, deployment, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Work directly with business users/Sales Representatives to understand and resolve CRM issues.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, estimation, and implementation.
- Support data migration, validation, and deployment activities.
- Follow Veeva CRM, Salesforce, security, and Life Sciences best practices.
