- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment databases, references, and other sourcing channels.
- Identify and proactively hunt for relevant talent, particularly for positions within the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication and candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions, candidate negotiations, and ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback, and other recruitment records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
