Key Responsibilities

End-to-end US IT Recruitment.

Source, screen and submit qualified IT professionals.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.

Negotiate rates and support offer closures.

Maintain ATS and recruitment reports.

Achieve recruitment targets and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements

✔ 2+ Years of US IT Staffing Experience

✔ Strong knowledge of US IT Recruitment





✔ Good understanding of US work authorizations/visa types

✔ Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, CEIPAL & Zoho Recruit

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
