Experienced Home Care Nurse — ANM / GNM / BSc Nursing

Location: Thodupuzha, Kerala - In Home Care -full time

Salary: Based on experience and clinical skills

Care Bridge Home is seeking an experienced nurse to provide professional, compassionate care at a patient’s home in the Thodupuzha area.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care according to the patient’s care plan.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in the patient’s condition.
- Administer prescribed medications and injections.
- Provide wound dressing, catheter care and Ryle’s tube care as required.
- Assist with personal care, feeding, mobility and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and coordinate with doctors, family members and our care team.

Requirements

- ANM, GNM or BSc Nursing qualification with valid nursing registration.




- Relevant nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
- Positive communication skills and a responsible, compassionate approach.
- Willingness to stay at the patient’s home for a live-in assignment, with agreed duty hours and rest arrangements.
- Must have a valid Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) or be willing to obtain one before starting the assignment.
