We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-oriented Transit Mixer Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting ready-mix concrete from our batch plant to various construction sites while ensuring the highest quality of product and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safe Operation: Drive transit mixer trucks safely to and from job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Concrete Delivery: Deliver ready-mix concrete promptly to residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Mixing & Pouring: Operate the mixing drum controls to maintain concrete consistency and pour concrete into chutes, pumps, or directly into forms as directed by the customer.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DOT requirements). Maintain cleanliness of the truck, including washing the drum and chutes after each load to prevent concrete buildup.
- Communication:



Coordinate with dispatch, plant managers, and job site supervisors to ensure timely deliveries and report any issues.
- Documentation: Complete all required paperwork, including delivery tickets and logs, accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- License: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B (depending on state/vehicle requirements).
- Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of experience driving a transit mixer or heavy construction vehicle preferred.
- Record: Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills:
- Ability to maneuver heavy vehicles in tight construction zones.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Physical: Ability to sit for long periods, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
