About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth.

The primary responsibility will be to improve PSR Compliance’s search rankings, organic traffic, keyword visibility and relevant business enquiries across our regulatory compliance and business consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

SEO – Primary Responsibility

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap analysis.
- Handle On-Page, Technical and Off-Page SEO.
- Optimize website service pages, landing pages, blogs and overall website structure.
- Target high-intent commercial keywords relevant to our services.
- Plan and execute effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Identify new SEO opportunities to improve organic visibility.
- Monitor and improve keyword rankings, organic traffic and website performance.
- Work on local SEO and location-based keywords wherever required.
- Develop and implement SEO-focused content strategies.
- Regularly analyze performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools.

Digital Marketing

- Plan and manage digital marketing activities supporting overall business growth.
- Handle Google Ads and Meta Ads when required.
- Optimize landing pages and digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with the sales/content team to improve website enquiries and conversions.

Industry Preference





Candidates with experience in regulatory compliance, business consultancy, company registration, legal/tax services, licensing or other B2B service industries will be preferred.

Knowledge or experience with services such as BIS, EPR, FSSAI, Drug License, CDSCO/MD-42, IEC, APEDA, GACC, PSARA, Pollution, Factory License, LMPC, Company/LLP Registration, Trademark and other regulatory services will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- Graduation is mandatory
- MBA / B.Tech preferred
- Relevant experience in SEO and Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of current SEO practices and search engine algorithms
- Candidates from the compliance, consultancy, legal, taxation, business setup or B2B services industry will be preferred.

We are looking for a candidate who can independently take ownership of SEO strategy, rankings, organic growth and website performance, while also supporting other digital marketing activities as required.
