We’re building an AI-powered platform helping brands and creators discover the right opportunities, collaborate better and run creator campaigns more effectively.

We’re at an early stage. There is no established playbook, large sales team or ready-made customer base.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build, not just execute.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with the founders to build both sides of our ecosystem:

Brands + Creators → Campaigns → Results → Repeat

Build the Ecosystem

- Identify and engage relevant brands, creators and ecosystem partners.
- Build genuine relationships and understand their needs.
- Bring the right brands and creators onto the platform.

Turn Relationships Into Campaigns

- Understand brand goals, audiences, products and budgets.
- Understand creator interests, audiences and collaboration preferences.
- Help create relevant brand–creator matches and move opportunities into campaign pilots.

Build the Growth Engine

- Research and test new acquisition channels.
- Run outreach, follow-ups and partnerships.
- Track what converts and continuously improve the process.
- Build repeatable playbooks as we learn.

Shape the Product

You’ll be speaking with brands and creators regularly. Their feedback will directly influence what we build.

You’ll identify friction,



capture insights and work with the founders/product team to improve the platform.

What We’re Looking For

Someone with 2–5 years in BD, partnerships, growth, creator/influencer marketing, community, sales, account management or a startup environment.

Most important:

- Solid communication & relationship-building
- Ownership and ability to work independently
- Commercial thinking
- Curiosity and learning agility
- Strong execution and follow-through

Experience with creator marketing, D2C, SaaS, marketplaces or social platforms is a strong plus.

An existing brand/creator network is helpful, but your ability to build relationships matters more.
