We are looking for a senior, hands-on Business Systems Analyst with deep General Ledger functional experience to bridge Finance business requirements and technical delivery for this transformation. You will sit between Finance business teams, Workday functional consultants, and the Azure data engineering team, translating close, reporting, and control requirements into exact functional specifications the data engineering team can build from without ambiguity.
The core of the job is a current-state to future-state translation. Today, downstream systems are fed by PeopleSoft SQL and SQR extracts. You will read those extracts, work out what each one actually delivers and why, document the underlying business requirement, and then specify how the same downstream systems receive the same data in the future state,



sourced from Workday through the Data Hub. This is not a requirements-gathering-by-interview role. You will be in the SQL and the data.You do not need to be a Workday expert or a developer. You do need General Ledger knowledge at depth, the ability to read and write SQL without waiting for an engineer, and the discipline to produce functional specifications and mapping documentation that are complete, traceable, and correct.Skills:Business Analyst, SQL, System Design, ERP, Finance, Insurance.

Pay: ₹570,000.00 - ₹1,890,000.00 per year
