Job Description
- Efficiency in trouble shooting medical equipment
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
- Ability to provide effective after-sales service to customers
- Competency in training end users on product features ensuring effective use of the equipment
- Ability to learn and develop product knowledge
- Must be willing to travel throughout India at short notice
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in servicing medical electronic equipment
- Qualification: B.E/Diploma in Electronics and Bio Medical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 + years
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficient in basic computer applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Valuable interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and dedication
