Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced App Development Lead with robust expertise in Healthcare IT and the TriZetto FACETS platform. The role involves application development, FACETS module delivery, custom extensions, integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and Azure cloud migration.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, SSIS, C#, .NET, and Azure, along with hands-on FACETS experience across Membership, Claims, Workflow, and Accumulations.

Key Responsibilities

FACETS Application Development

- Deliver solutions across FACETS modules including Membership, Claims, Workflow, and Accumulations.
- Design and build custom FACETS extensions and configuration components.
- Implement and support real-time FACETS API integrations across at least two functional areas.
- Support FACETS upgrades, vendor integrations, and data migration initiatives.

Database & Data Engineering

- Develop complex queries, stored procedures, and data correction scripts.
- Perform query optimization and execution plan tuning.
- Work with PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and SSIS.
- Develop and troubleshoot SSIS packages for FACETS ETL and data migration pipelines.

.NET & Application Support

- Debug C#/.NET applications and analyze stack traces.
- Troubleshoot FACETS API and integration-layer errors.




- Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues.

Azure Cloud Migration

- Support Azure migration initiatives including:
- Lift-and-shift migrations
- Azure SQL
- Azure Data Factory
- Hybrid connectivity patterns
- Support modernization of FACETS applications and data platforms.

AI & Cloud Enablement

- Apply AI-first and Cloud-first thinking to application development.
- Support automation and workflow improvement initiatives across application and cloud environments.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT.
- Strong hands-on experience with the TriZetto FACETS platform.
- Experience across FACETS Membership, Claims, Workflow, and Accumulations modules.
- Strong development experience in C#/.NET and SQL/PL-SQL.
- Experience with FACETS upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.
- Experience with Azure migration and hybrid cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing real-time FACETS API calls in at least two functional areas.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
