Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Work Mode: Full-time | On-site
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.

* Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.

* Develop visual concepts based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences.

* Work closely with the Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Video Editor, and Marketing Team to execute campaigns.

* Create designs for different industries and adapt visual styles according to each brand's identity.

* Design festival creatives, promotional campaigns, product creatives, announcement posts, and marketing campaigns.

* Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, imagery, and overall brand identity.

* Create multiple design variations and concepts when required.

* Edit and enhance images for use in social media and marketing campaigns.

* Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, typography, layouts, and visual styles.

* Handle multiple projects and client requirements while meeting deadlines.





* Make revisions based on client/team feedback while maintaining design quality.

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

* Valuable creative thinking and ability to develop original design concepts.

* Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

* Good understanding of social media design formats and dimensions.

* Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing designs.

* Good attention to detail.

* Ability to understand a brief and convert it into an effective visual concept.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator is an advantage.

* Experience with Canva and Figma.

* Experience working with digital marketing agencies or advertising agencies.

* Understanding of branding and social media marketing.

* Experience designing for multiple brands and industries.

* Basic knowledge of AI-based creative and design tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
